3. The Welsh Composites Centre (WCC) - Project Overview
The Welsh Composites Centre (WCC) is based in Swansea University's School of Engineering. It was set up to support Welsh Companies, especially SME's in embracing the rapidly changing technology of composite materials. The Centre acts as a hub for composite expertise which spans Wales.
Their aim is to drive the uptake of new composite technology across Wales, focussing on three distinct technical areas of expertise that have significant development potential.
